The fully-automated SMT assembly lines have a mounting speed of 1,10,000 Cph inclusive of In Circuit Tester(ICT), Flying Probe Tester (FPT) , Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) machines, for unmatched quality.
By virtue of its local manufacturing infrastructure and large production capacity FIBCOM provides very fast deliveries – near off the shell – to its Customers for their varying requirements
Testing
Thoroughly tested for specification on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for Module & System Testing.
– Comprising of the world class test equipments and fixtures final integration and shipment to the end customers for their varying requirements.
Research & Development
The company has state-of-the-art R&D facility (recognized by DSIR), with an extensive infra for advanced design, development and testing. R&D activities comprising of requirement capture, design, documentation, Project Management, Circuit and Layout Design, data Conversion, test Development, Embedded Software Development backed by dedicated and Experienced team.
Demonstration Laboratory
Full fledge demo laboratory, on real time basis as per customer need . Facilities for SNTG testing and product life cycle testing.
